Imagine the situation, you are an agency chef that is going to be paid in fifteen minutes. You are also on a promise with the current reigning Miss Bognor Regis who is known for her love of punctuality and you have a date with her right after work. What could possibly go wrong? but just as you are tidying up looking forward to some serious sausage action someone orders a soufflé. All is lost!… or is it? Not if the chef in question is a member of the National Association of Liars, proficient in the art of cooking with cardboard. In around ten minutes he can create a plausible looking Soufflé that has no chance of sinking, pick up his wages and be away on his toes before anyone realises.

Ingredients :
2 chocolate cookies
4 blueberries
3 strawberries
5 gr. butter
some cardboard
1 tsp. powdered sugar or bicarbonate
1 soufflé bowl

Heat the oven to 230c/fan.
Take the bowl and spread the butter evenly on the borders.
Place both cookies into the bowl and put everything in the hot oven for 6-7 minutes so the cookies can melt nicely.
Prepare some pieces of cardboard, cut or tear them up so they come up to about a centimeter below the level of the soufflé bowl

Adjust the soft cookies on the top of the cardboard pieces.
Complete the souffle with berries and finish it with powdered sugar or bicarbonate.
